While here at Villas Sotomayor, you will enjoy some of the finest International, Caribbean and Puerto Rican cuisine on the island, from sumptuous Creole dishes and International favorites; our Chef invites you to enjoy our local cuisine. Contrary to popular belief, our native cuisine is not spicy-hot, but exceptionally tasty. If you have a heart for spicy meals, local pique and hot sauces are available at your request.

You can select a dish from well assorted menu or you may ask our chef to prepare a special menu for your family or group (minimum of 10 Persons) either in the restaurant, or at the Almendro Terrace. Please feel free to make your dinner reservations in advance (minimum 24 hour notice on week days and a 36 hour notice on weekends and holidays). For special menus, simply submit the date, time and number of people for dinner (minimum of 10) and address your request to Chef Angel to our email, or fax number. You will receive your personalized menu within 24 hours.
